Background

About Georgi Bonev

I am a dedicated and detail-oriented DevOps Specialist at A1 Bulgaria, one of the country’s leading telecom providers. With a strong foundation in systems integration and automation, I work primarily with two critical systems that support the backbone of our operations: Mediation – A high-performance system responsible for collecting, processing, and distributing Call Detail Records (CDRs) from various sources, including VoLTE calls and roaming services. My role involves ensuring smooth data flow, high system availability, and accuracy in processing to enable downstream billing and analytics. PSMS (Prepaid Subscriber Management System) – The centralized database managing all prepaid customer activities. I help maintain data integrity, monitor usage, and support features that ensure a seamless experience for our prepaid customers. I am learning a lot every day and enjoy working on systems that keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. I'm especially interested in improving processes, solving problems, and understanding how big systems work together. I am focused on growing my skills, learning new tools, and becoming stronger in DevOps.
