About Georgi Williams

I am a graduate of both Ontario Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts – Criminology, as well as obtaining a Police Foundations Diploma from Durham College. I enjoy working with others in a team environment. I consider myself to be personable, honest, and patient. I am a self-starter and very willing and eager to take on challenges and learn new things. I am a quick learner and diligent worker. I have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. I use sound judgement and take reasonable risks to make decisions and accomplish goals. I provide technical expertise to resolve issues immediately, however, I can identify and utilize additional resources if needed. I have learned to meet my challenges head on to resolve any problems that affect the efficiency of the task at hand. I am able to formulate creative solutions to problems, concerns or issues. I enjoy creating change to benefit and support organizational goals. Through Collegiate sports, I have negotiated and built consensus within and among teams. I am a leader and I have the ability to motivate other people, encouraging them to take on new challenges and increase productivity and performance.
