People and Culture Generalist.My main focus areas is our recruitment and onboarding strategy for the store working closely with our central recruitment team, ED & I, Internal Comms and ER issues. Working on disability accreditation for our London Market. Responsible for the Area Co-worker committee for London. Currently undertaking CIPD Level 7 in strategic people management. Previously a recruiter delivering business results through people. Talent acquisition, sourcing and Recruitment for IKEA UK & IE. Particular focus on the London and South Market area. Previously worked Midlands Market Area across all retail functions including distribution. Graduated in 2021 with a First Class Bachelor of Arts with honours in Human Resource Management at Strathclyde Business School. Finished 3rd year at Strathclyde Business School achieving my Bachelors of Arts in Human Resource Management and Business Law with Merit. Completed an internship in the HR department within IKEA where I support the HR Generalist and Administrator by processing uniform, training, and personnel files. Worked in the People & Culture Department in IKEA as an administrator where I processed payroll, attendance, leavers, queries, training for the store. Along with learning different areas within HR and developing my knowledge further in the area. Also qualified as a Mental Health First Aider by Mental Health England at SCQF Level 5. Qualified in Managing Safely by IOSH
