I’m a Learning & Development professional who specialises in building program learning pathways in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. At Canberra Health Services, I work alongside subject matter experts to design and adapt education programs that truly meet the needs of our staff and ultimately support better outcomes for patients. What drives me is the challenge of turning complex training needs into practical, engaging, and meaningful digital learning experiences. I bring structure, clarity, and creativity to each program so it applies adult learning principles while still working within system constraints. I enjoy working at the intersection of education, technology, and healthcare - helping people gain the skills and confidence they need to do their jobs well. For me, success is when a learning pathway doesn’t just meet compliance, but actually makes learning feel achievable and valuable.
