Background

About Georgia Clark

In my most recent role, I was a Customer Success Officer who ensured the satisfaction and retention of our clients by providing them with tailored solutions and support. I leveraged my expertise in CRM software and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs and challenges, and deliver value-added services. Previously, I worked as a Client Services Officer at Trilby Misso Lawyers, where I assisted with the management and coordination of incoming legal cases and new client communication. I also have experience in the media and advertising industry, having worked as an Advertising and Engagement Specialist at Cloudscene and a Media Advertising Consultant at News Corp Australia. There, I developed and executed effective campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. Outside of my career, I am a lover of all things performing arts and continue with vocal training as a hobby - the arts has largely helped me build confidence in my professional life and assists with presentation and public speaking. In closing, I am passionate about helping people and businesses achieve their goals and solve their problems, and I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
