When I was younger Christmas time was always my favourite time of the year. You have the food, the family the presents so what's not to like? But for me it wasnt so much about that, for me I couldn't wait to see the look on my mums face when she unwrapped the half used bottle of foundation I swiped from her makeup box. Of course I was only a kid so I didn't have any money to buy gifts myself but the feeling I had seeing the smile on my mums face, that consumed me in the best way possible. Throughout my life this urge to help people and to make a difference in someone's life has always followed me. From volunteering in a local school and orphanage in Malawi, to working in different careers that allow we to uztilize this trait in different ways, I've learned that just showing you care about the customers journey is at the core of every successful business. I have developed a passion for understanding the needs of my customers and being a voice for those who cannot communicate for themselves. In recruitment I'm able to do this by listening and taking the time and care to effectively understand my customers needs and wants as well as helping them acknowledge the potential within themselves. My aim? Simple. To genuinely make a difference in someone's life no matter how small it may seem.
