Welcome! I’m Georgia — a relationship-driven Customer Success leader who thrives at the intersection of people and technology. I’ve spent my career helping customers succeed across SaaS, HR tech, health tech, and marketing tech, and I’m currently proud to do that at Ten Thousand Coffees (10KC) At 10KC, I partner with enterprise clients to design and scale mentorship and networking programs that actually feel human — connecting employees, building belonging, and turning engagement data into real cultural impact. I’m happiest when I’m deep in the details of a complex rollout, collaborating cross-functionally, or finding creative ways to bring our clients’ programs to life. As a Gainsight Certified Customer Success Professional, I love blending the analytical with the empathetic — using data to guide strategy, and storytelling to inspire action. My north star? Make sure every client feels confident, supported, and successful in driving their goals forward. When I’m not immersed in program launches or dashboards, you’ll usually find me mentoring peers, brainstorming new ways to elevate team culture, or learning something new (because curiosity is my constant).
