About Georgia Thomas
I am an enthusiastic, motivated and creative undergraduate currently in my third year studying architecture at the Arts University Bournemouth. Being at an arts-based university has allowed me to explore my own creativity, and discover and develop my own style and approach to architecture. I am also especially interested in new and emerging technologies, particularly those that offer sustainable and performative solutions. As an active member of the course community, I currently hold the position of course representative, in which I have the responsibility of dealing with course issues and attending faculty meetings. I have also been involved in numerous cross-course collaboration opportunities organised by the university, working with other creative disciplines including fashion, graphic design, textiles and fine art. I have found these to be extremely rewarding in broadening my own design approach and knowledge beyond architecture.
