About Georgia Way

I was born in Hong Kong and educated in Australia where I started my career in Marketing with consumer brands Jim Beam, Nikon, and Haier/Fisher & Paykel (and a few other roles that supported a sea-change to sunny Queensland, Australia). In 2015, I returned to Hong Kong as a Global Executive Search consultant to build the Consumer Practice at a boutique firm where I developed strong business development skills and commercial acumen. Having spent six years interviewing some of Asia’s most sought-after Executives, and partnering with some of the world’s most reputable brands, I learned how the most successful leaders navigate market challenges, roll out industry-changing strategies, and earn the respect of their teams in order to make this happen.Today, I am the Group Head of Partnerships at Great Entertainment Group (GEG), an entertainment producer committed to bringing to life exceptional live entertainment events and experiences. To date, GEG have reached over 20 million consumers through hundreds of events in collaboration with more than 700 partners. This role bridges the Marketing and Commercial teams at GEG, leading strategic projects that bring to life world-class collaborations through branded activations, powerful content, and synergistic opportunities. My role is also responsible for developing operational best practices to deliver on GEG’s promise of driving a positive impact for brands, organisations, and the entire community through strategic partnerships that authentically connect brands with their target audience by creating meaningful engagement.
