About Georgina Walker

I've led multiple projects end-to-end across Customer, Marketing, Transformation, Online & Supply, demonstrating strong leadership with a proven ability to motivate cross functionally whilst fostering collaboration and success. I am a generalist manager at heart, able to see the bigger picture. In my current role, I am undertaking a re-brand of a major retailer – from landing the brand guidelines to re-branding assets. I leverage my Change Manager qualification, and guide our stakeholders as a brand ambassador, through the change. I was previously part of one of the largest undertakings of Transformation in the Future team, sitting centrally to tell the story of change utilising data & insight for key stakeholders whilst adhering to agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies. Beyond this, I am deeply passionate about mentoring, team development, and networking. I remain actively engaged in the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion ecosystem and I recently completed a Level 5 Leadership & Management apprenticeship to further enhance my skills and knowledge.
