Look, I'm a geek, granted. I love the latest technologies that exist and particularly love the ones that don't quite exist yet :) Sensor technology and IoT lets us connect important information together. Digital is the new normal and the expectations from employees is that digital tools come with the job. However, I don't use this passion to help Tescos position ice-creams in hot weather, nor to help Amazon position their new distribution hub. My heart sits in the Health & Social Care sector. It's important to me that I make a difference and am moved by the angelic work done by people who dedicate their lives to helping others. I want to help organisations overcome the challenges in this sector. Help protect from rising costs, reducing funding, challenging recruitment and heavy regulation. So there you are.a geek that knows about mesh networks and parsing data, but can also real off the CQC KLOEs and understands the importance of personalisation.
