I am a results-driven executive leader, with over 20 years’ experience in the Alberta energy industry, recently focused on the management and direction of production, operations, and HSE programs. My strength is my ability to foster and develop strong, positive relationships with stakeholders and team members, collaborating well with diverse people to ‘filter through the noise’ and deliver organizational value. I empower people of all levels to excel at their goals, ensuring alignment of work and processes with operational objectives. With experience in both executive management and the oversight of daily operations, I’ve managed production optimization, introduced cost-effective solutions, and directed complex projects – which grew company revenues and boosted shareholder value.
