Over the past 20+ years I have been responsible for the complete life cycle of manufacturing facilities and equipment relocations along with numerous capital automated equipment design\build projects throughout the USA, Mexico, Europe and Australia. Success in this field has required accepting full accountability for the management of stake holders, internal and external resources, creating and managing schedules and generating profits. Industries supported to date include food processing and primary/secondary packaging, Tier 1 and 2 automotive suppliers, industrial-steel manufacturing, aerospace, solar, consumer products, electro/mechanical repair, pharmaceutical, mechanical contracting and construction. Specific Experience's: Started and managed new international operations. Managed multiple projects throughout the U.S, Mexico, Europe and Australia. Interacted with business owners, managers and suppliers in numerous countries, gaining skills in dealing with different cultures and business philosophies. Prepared initial project justification, project value and payback analyses. Prepared bids, scheduled manpower and materials, and supervised the construction and commissioning of manufacturing facilities and equipment.
