My journey began as a Technician I, where my commitment to excellence laid the foundation for my career growth. As a Technician II, I continued to refine my skills, tackling increasingly complex challenges and contributing to significant operational improvements. My ascent to Technician was marked by my ability to lead and mentor, ensuring our team’s success through effective collaboration and knowledge sharing. Then i was Promoted to Shift Supervisor, I’ve successfully organized work sites, led teams to excel in repairs and logistics, improved inventory management, and enhanced overall hash rate. My focus on creating a positive work environment has been instrumental in our team’s success. Then on to Assistant Site Manager at Garden City. In this new role, I will continue to hone my leadership skills and enhance my ability to organize and manage projects at our facility. I am committed to setting a high standard and collaborating closely with our onsite team to ensure Mara’s success. My story is one of perseverance and passion for technology, leading a team in a high-stakes environment to achieve and maintain peak performance.
