I' am Of counsel to Cohen, Tauber, Spievack & Wagner, P.C. I have over 30 years of experience advising clients in all aspects of financial restructuring, including representations of unofficial and official creditors' committees, institutional investors, secured and unsecured creditors and debtors in out-of-court restructurings and chapter 11 reorganizations. I regularly represent companies that invest in or acquire debt of troubled companies, including private equity funds, hedge funds, and other control investors. My clients span a cross-section of industries, including airline, automotive, broadcasting and cable, construction, gaming, healthcare, housing, manufacturing, media, pharmaceutical, retail, shipping, telecommunications, and textile industries. I regularly handle the negotiation and documentation of restructuring-related transactions as well as the litigation of complex bankruptcy and commercial disputes. I've been recognized in Super Lawyers (Corporate Counsel edition), and am a contributing author to the leading bankruptcy treatise Colliers on Bankruptcy, and a frequent author and lecturer on various restructuring-related topics.
