Partnered with GC and Am Law 200 counsel to inform transfer of VW.AC Cloud (one of the world’s largest dedicated automotive clouds) into billion-dollar CARIAD. Leveraged knowledge of CA Law to recommend structure that fueled deal pace, averted substantial labor expenditure, and maximized transaction value from day 1. Served as pivotal contributor to Grayson & Kubli’s multibillion-dollar, qui tam false claims act suit against $23B Halliburton (NYSE: HAL) and $6.5B KBR (NYSE: KBR).
