AI & Vehicle Safety Researcher | PhD in Predictive Safety Systems | Lecturer | Innovator I am a passionate scientific researcher with a strong background in AI-assisted vehicle safety, crash detection, and predictive safety systems. With a PhD in Automotive Safety from OVGU Magdeburg (summa cum laude), I focus on developing advanced ML models for vehicle safety systems, LiDAR-based crash prediction, and underbody collision detection. Currently, I lead AI-driven safety projects at TH Ingolstadt’s C-ISAFE research center, collaborating with international universities and industry partners. Affiliated to the Center of Automotive Research on Integrated Safety Systems and Measurement Area (CARISSMA), I work towards advancing crash severity estimation and sensor-based safety innovations.
