Experienced Executive in a multinational technical business environment, I have been responsible for leading change, planning, strategy and execution of technical Research and Development (R&D), manufacturing projects and managing departmental resources, both highly matrixed and directly in both Automotive and Consulting environments with a direct headcount of up to 180 staff and direct P&L responsibility. Customer focussed, process improvement driven and results oriented, I have demonstrated my ability to integrate lean management principles, Toyota’s and Fortive Business Systems internationally recognised business practices. Communicating and leading cross functionally at all levels of an organisation, including remotely, I have held several managerial roles in the assurance of KPI’s for project cost, target setting and achievement, quality, customer service, program turn arounds and risk management. Responsible for developing and implementing strategy, I am intimately aware of the needs and methods to achieve market competitiveness through process efficiency, cost reduction, innovation, identifying market trends and benchmarking.
