Over the last two decades I've lead, solutioned, and delivered dozens of complex IT initiatives, including over a decade of a pioneering Generative AI solutions utilizing platforms like Watson and ServiceNow LLM.(Before the world of ChatGPT, Gemini, and Llama though I'm a big fan and user) I've delivered and am currently delivering AI-driven applications from real-time retail suggestion agents to gamified training that significantly boosted client revenue, cut costs, and improved operational efficiencies across sectors that include finance, technology, transportation, real estate, and most recently targeted real time media content. I'm PMP certified and well-versed in Agile/Scrum practices managing project portfolios with annual budgets of up to $25M. Unique to my skillset from other end to end program management methodologies is that I employ a personally developed strategic / analytical capability analysis that leverages game theory and cultural alignments to ensure deliverables yield desired client outcomes at multiple levels.
