B2C Community Lead | Community Outreach Specialist | Community-based Event Organizer Working full-time for an Indonesian Indie Game Studio I primarily focus on building a well-established, international, English-based community on Discord. Where I organize offline gatherings and online events that involve in-house developers and collaboration with different indie developers. On a day-to-day basis, I monitor Discord and Steam for inquiries and chat with the community to gather their feedback, create community announcements, and organize online community events to keep them engaged while waiting for game updates or releases- Through learning from various hobby cultures and communities in Indonesia, I've helped several niche mobile gaming communities voluntarily behind the scenes, including creating streams, online postings, and offline gatherings, as well as uniting multiple communities to organize events. Additionally, I've connected with sponsors and media partners over the past seven years. Currently on hiatus but still helping as their advisor growing the community, I still jump through different communities to enjoy new hobbies and make new friends.
