A working career driven by a passion for addressing challenges through process analysis, process improvement, and the application of technology to improve effectiveness and efficiency for employers and fellow employees. Rerouted by the recession of 2007-2009, moving to a stable, cutomer-facing position in electric system engineering was a valuable side trip in my professional path. Reassessment during the Covid pandemic led me to clearly realize that utilizing my IT-based skills and training is my preferred carreer direction. Twelve years in software development, customization, and implementation combine with prior experience in youth and adult leadership development allowing me to quickly identify human dynamics and improve both team and individual performance. I derive great personal satisfaction from helping others reach their highest potential. Having built a well-rounded IT carreer with experience in programming, analysis, database, software quality best practices, SOX compliance, process documentation, and change management, I'm interested in local opportunities to lead teams or manage projects within dynamic, growing organizations.
