About Gerald Robison

I currently focus on Brookfield Properties North American logistics real estate portfolio. I am responsible for developing and communicating the North American logistics investment strategy by building and maintaining investment analysis reports, tools, and dashboards. Utilizing advanced analytics and machine learning to identify market trends and opportunities, I am able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making. I'm passionate about leveraging data and insights to inform investment decisions and create value. I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2023 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics. During my studies, I developed strong skills in teamwork, public speaking, and research, which I leveraged in various projects and internships. My favorite academic experience from the University of South Carolina was Professor Woodward's class which allowed me to research and write a ~25 page paper discussing Atlanta's geographical and economic strength and how that has lead to the agglomeration of certain industries, especially logistics.
