About Gerald Saul

I'm currently a Health Services Supervisor for Aetna Clinical Solutions, leading a team of nearly 20 direct reports and part of an organization of over 80 agents around the world. Our team handles nearly inbound calls each month in service of our members. My past management experience includes teams as large as 30 direct reports. In my prior role with Starbucks I worked to staff and train new stores, including new store managers. My passion is people and helping others achieve their goals. I earned my BA in Psychology from Arizona State University and my AA in Business Administration from Tyler Junior College.
