Major Areas of Experience and Ability Training, Managing, Employment and Community Development Expertise includes needs assessment, devising strategies, initiating programs and achieving goals. Programs have been researched and implemented for large and small regional employers. Campaigns, training programs, and departmental operations have been successfully managed. Planned and completed numerous projects, including creating a Management Development Program, Workplace Diversity training initiative, launching an Employee Appraisal System Education program, a Distance Learning Education program, a Return on Investment Analysis process and numerous customer satisfaction presentations and other events. Training programs developed and delivered include, New Employee Training, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Leadership, Return on Investment Analysis, Time Management, Managing Diversity and Customer Satisfaction. Management experiences include, managing a ten member employee training unit with a $500k budget for six years, managing sales and training teams for ITT Business Communications, managing youth center programs for two separate facilities and pastoring a church of 125 members. Work activities include teaching adults in many settings, including the college level, internal organization, marketing to executive management and boards, placement of candidates for work, skill assessment, job readiness training, follow-up and retention analysis and designing and marketing telecommunications systems with call center software, ranging in price from tens of thousands to one million dollars.
