Traffic Safety Professional with experience in fatal and serious crash investigation. Supervised and managed a Municipal Police Department Traffic Safety Bureau that had responsibility for all traffic safety issues, including the analysis of statistical crash data for the deployment of selective enforcement details, consultation with municipal, county and state officials relative to traffic engineering issues, and other tasks involving supervision of traffic officers. Hired as a Traffic Investigator with the New Jersey Department of Transportation with responsibility for the investigation of any complaint related to engineering and regulatory issues, such as speed limits, ramp ball banking, no passing zones, commercial vehicle weight limits and establishment of bus stops on all New Jersey State Highways. Currently an Engineering Technician 3 with responsibilities for providing certification documentation related to all traffic signals along New Jersey State Highways and for other traffic control devices. Additionally, I provide as built traffic and electrical signal CADD plans utilizing the Microstation CADD software. I also provide support to engineering staff regarding No Passing Zone legal and engineering standards.
