About Geraldine Paris

With just over 25 years at the association, my career path has taken me from applications developer to Information Systems coordinator, via roles in application support and Helpdesk coordination. Very early on, I realized that contact with users was essential and enriching, which led me to focus on positions centered around user support and guidance. Today, my main responsibilities include- Implementing software solutions to optimize activities and reduce costs- Providing user support- Promoting a culture of collaboration- Managing purchasing for the Projects & Systems department. Thanks to my adaptability and motivation, I've had the opportunity to explore and deploy collaborative solutions such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, Zoom, and many others, while also providing first-level administration.
