Project management is what I do, what I love to and what I am passionate about. I have long track record of planning and managing small to large scale projects, managing functional teams and generating cost savings by making process more efficient. Coupled with my abilities in customer service and client communication, it makes me flexible and effective to projects I handle. My background in project management is into web technologies and online applications development. I am very familiar with all phases of the project, from conception, execution and support due to multiple roles and positions I have grown in my previous company. I have deep understanding as well of project planning and documentation required in software development process. I am renowned for being very flexible, positive and goal-oriented, these strengths allow me to perform well under deadlines and pressures. My 5 years in the IT industry has taught me a lot about teamwork thus I would say that I have realized that I want to lead. More than managing a team to deliver something, I want to lead them. I love empowering people, pushing them to become better, setting goals and achieving success collaboratively.
