Moved to sales engineering (10 yrs) in the field of Analytics and Very Large Data Warehouses (Oracle, Microsoft, Teradata). Global Lead Architect and expert for Oracle (Siebel/nQuire) Analytics Then went into consulting as Technical Director and setup an organisation of 35 people enabling them to staff projects with Oracle BI Applications and Oracle BI EE. Since 2011 I am working for Canon Europe as Principal Enterprise Architect responsible for the information architecture, including BI, MDM and setting up and enterprise information model including Big Data strategic direction. I am blessed with a combination of valuable experiences in the areas of information management, business intelligence, CRM and customer experience. I have developed a cloud-based Enterprise Solution Architecture for new B2C business strategies for Customer Experience Management, including front-office components Social Marketing and Engagement, Recommendation Engines, Service Management, e-Commerce, Digital Asset Management and Cloud Services including cloud storage solutions. After so many years working in different lines of business (sales, consultancy, customer) I can say I bring home an all-round experience with a balanced skills in enterprise architecture, sales engineering, presentation/demo skills, commercial skills, business and industry knowledge, complex project implementation, communication skills to both C-level as deep technical. I have a strong drive to make people enthusiastic about technology and solutions meeting their compelling business needs and requirements.
