I am interested in building contacts across all industry sectors especially the Irish construction Industry. I have a keen interest in building theory, technical specifications, passive house and sustainable building solutions. All my experience to date is construction industry related but could be applied to similar industries. Experience: Sales Experience in every sector of the construction industry with an in-depth understanding of selling to building trade, merchant base, major buyers, major developers and contractors, key specifiers, architects and engineers. Marketing Experience in all aspects of marketing from initial design and creation of all marketing tools, straight through to their delivery to the market place. I was responsible for many companies corporate image, branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, presentations, e-marketing, website design, literature design etc. Key industry contacts across the design, engineering and construction sectors. Involved with a wide array of construction projects from hotels, nursing homes, residential schemes, student accom, commercial and industrial buildings right across Ireland and the UK. Technical Know-how with a knowledge of the structural engineering, Fire, acoustics, thermal and impact properties of different materials etc. as a qualified passive Haus consultant I have a keen interest in high energy performing building methods. Management Experience in developing business plans, strategic decision making and planning. Experience in all company operations e.g. recruitment, training, health & safety, accounting, production, dispatch, estimating, design, engineering etc. Responsible for sales targets, budget forecasts, marketing spend and usual household tasks associated with the tech sales and marketing functions. Market presentations at monthly management meetings reporting, statistics, market trends, competitor trends, opportunities, customers/employees needs and wants back to other management team.
