INDUSTRY & SERVICES (I&S) LEADER As the Industry & Services (I&S) Leader at PwC Luxembourg, I lead PwC’s comprehensive services to multinational corporations, listed and non-listed groups headquartered in Luxembourg, high-growth companies and family offices. My role spans all PwC Lines of Service, including Assurance, Advisory, Technology, Deals, and Tax Services, and I work closely with the PwC Network teams globally to deliver seamless and integrated solutions. Passionate about delivering value-driven insights, I am dedicated to helping organizations shape and execute their global strategies, leveraging the full breadth of PwC’s expertise. INTERNATIONAL TAX SERVICES Specialized in International Tax Services, I bring over 30 years of experience advising multinational corporations on strategic investment projects, corporate reorganizations, business operating models, and M&A deals. I provide guidance to major multinational clients on a pan-EMEA basis, ensuring they navigate the intricacies of cross-border taxation and achieve their business objectives effectively. I serve major multinational corporations in the Technology, Pharma, Telecom, Automotive, Industrial Products & Services industries. I advise clients on a pan-EMEA basis, together with our PwC Network. PwC NETWORK EXPERIENCE I joined the PwC Global network in 1994. Prior to joining PwC Luxembourg, I was a Tax Partner at PwC Belgium (Brussels) and I did a 2-year secondment at PwC New York, US (2006-2008). PRIOR EXPERIENCES I was the Tax Services Leader and member of the Country Leadership Team of PwC Luxembourg (2019-2023). In this role, I was a member of the PwC Global Extended Tax Leadership Team. I have been a member of the PwC Luxembourg Supervisory Board. EDUCATION I hold a Masters in Business Engineering from the University of Louvain and a Masters in International Tax Management from Solvay Business School in Brussels.
