About Gerard Duijts

Working as a consultant on Microsoft 365, user adoption and social collaboration, I help organizations to understand how new ideas and technologies can benefit them in achieving their business goals, in opening up new markets, in attracting new talent, and in facilitating their workforce. I am a senior consultant on social collaboration and knowledge worker innovation, currently participating in several client projects as a consultant and team lead, and working with customers and colleagues to help innovate and improve the way we work. I have been studying and working on social collaboration and new ways to organise and execute our work. I do this out of a personal conviction: I am very interested in what moves people and motivates them in their work, in the way we organise our work, in the ways people will work together in the future, and in how this can help workers and the organizations they work for, their customers and their communities. I am recognized as an expert on SharePoint and the New World of Work both within and outside of ShareValue. One of my main area's of interest is innovation. In my role as Innovation Manager for ShareValue I am working on new ideas, platforms and services for our customers.
