Effectieve en efficiënte naleving van wet- en regelgeving is de optelsom van betrokkenheid (Wij willen compliant zijn), integriteit (Wij doen het goede, ook als niemand kijkt) en transparantie (Wij zeggen wat we doen en wij doen wat we zeggen). Dit op basis van mijn langjarige ervaring als advocaat, toezichthouder, compliance officer en internal auditor in het hart van de financiële sector.
