Identification and characterization of pro- and anti-oxidant molecules (natural and synthetic molecules, mixtures of molecules) is an important field of investigation with applications in numerous domains. Different biochemical and in vitro assays are proposed. My scientific interests are focused on aging process and age-related diseases: cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer, Parkinson), eyes diseases (cataract, age-related macular degeneration), sarcopenia, osteoporosis, diabetes type 2 and some cancers (breast cancer, prostate cancer).
