Equipped with logical and commercial business skills which converts opportunities into substantial results” My professional career has involved extensive work in business development, sales, marketing, operations, customer service, sponsorship, stakeholder relations and overall business strategy. A former chair of Business to Arts and continue as a member of its board,I regularly mentor creative professionals & artists of all disciplines. TileStyle is committed supporter of the arts. Each year we support new talent through the “Jim McNaughton/TileStyle Artist Bursary” which is awarded annually in honour of my father, Jim McNaughton. We are currently the proud Associate Partner of the Irish Times Irish Theatre Awards. As of November 2020 i am also a serving member of the Board of the Irish Film Institute
