As a project manager at Lidl Ireland, I am responsible for leading and delivering various retail operations projects. I work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality. I also apply my marketing and innovation skills and knowledge to identify new opportunities and solutions for Lidl Ireland's growth and competitiveness. I have a strong academic background in marketing and business development, having obtained a MSc in Business Development and Innovation from Ulster University in 2021 and a Marketing honours degree from Letterkenny Institute of Technology in 2019. During my studies, I carried out several marketing-related presentations and projects, including a primary research proposal on a local company. I also have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a head bartender at The Boathouse Bar & Restaurant for over four years, where I managed the stock, staff, and customer service. I am a collaborative, communicative, and trustworthy professional who values teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. I am keen to explore new opportunities and challenges in the retail and marketing sectors, and to leverage my skills and expertise to contribute to Lidl Ireland's success and vision.
