As a Team Lead, I am always working closely with other team members, striving to maximize facility up time and daily production, while ensuring that all facility equipment is properly maintained through the application of the proper maintenance tactics. Experienced with Six Sigma and RCM, my role was a “hands-on” supervisor position which relied upon leading tradespeople to excellence in maintenance. While working as an electrician, I was responsible for effective troubleshooting, repair, installation, and preventative maintenance of facility electrical distribution systems and equipment in an industrial setting. Always ensuring safe plant operations and a safe working environment for all employees. Responsible for set up, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, shut down of all equipment and preventative maintenance. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team member. Adapting easily to new concepts and responsibilities. Great interpersonal skills, having dealt with a diversity of trades people.
