I started working in retail as young as 16 while attending school. I worked hard and wanted to strive for the best. I went from retail into Sales Role and learned how to give the very best customer service to my customers and grow in strenght and experience. I then went into Food industry and grew from trainee manager up to Store Manager very fast and learned a lot of experience, from people managment, to accounts to rostering. I managed teams of 40 plus staff. I then went into Retail and managing service stations. I have managed teams of up to 20 staff. I have experience with Subway, Bakewell, Burger king and Mc donalds food operations. My core strenght is managing people and delivering the best customer focused teams.
