Owner and CEO of GAF U.S. Customs Brokers Corp- Customs Broker License No. 32048 (Laredo, Texas), Remote Location Filing Available. My general responsibility is to ensure compliance with Customs and other government agencies involved in international trade operations for our customers, whether importing or exporting to or from the USMCA Region (previously NAFTA) or any other part of the world. I also manage the Distribution Center Operations for Grupo Aduanal Forwarding Services, Inc. I have served diverse industries from big Companies from publicly traded companies to big manufacturers on an IMMEX program (“Maquilas”) to Medium and the Smallest size importers or exporters. I have also helped the entertainment industry (i.e, Concerts, trade shows, expositions, sporting events). 100% Customer Satisfaction is the key to my success. I am currently developing future Licensed Customs Brokers within my team. Creating a solid organizational culture focused on customer service and continuous improvement.
