I'm a 24 year old Southern California native searching for a new career. I pride myself in being a hard worker and remaining diligent and extremely specific in my work, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness. I maintain a careful and concise attention to detail in every task I do, for every job I am tasked with. I have 5 years of customer service experience, beginning with working as a busser at a family restaurant named Vince's Spaghetti for 4 years (2017-2020) where I tried my best to provide the best possible service to customers, new and existing. Working here, I developed essential skills, such as proper food storage, sanitation, and time management, among many, many others. After four years, I then moved to my current job at Best Buy as a delivery driver, determined to preserve the same level of meticulous attention to detail I maintained at my former job. My job at Best Buy allowed my customer service to shine even brighter, introducing me to even more ways to provide the best service I possibly could. Working at Best Buy has honed my time management skills, and introduced me to the world of inventory, sorting, processing, and using technology to do so effectively. Every new day of work I learn more and more, and every day brings a new challenge, which is something I always welcome as a new way to learn more. While working at Best Buy, I have also begun to learn to use SQL on my down time, courtesy of Khan Academy. I truly believe SQL will be a great addition to my skillset, and I am constantly learning more utilizing it and am eager to expand my knowledge of the program. I have used SQL to create tables and organize data in an easy to read fashion, providing data in a timely manner. In addition to the skills I have already listed, I am very familiar with utilizing other forms of technology, such as mobile devices and desktop computers (including Mac) to further provide a high level of productivity.
