About Gerardo Suarez

I am a graduate computer science engineer of Tecnológico de Monterrey located in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. I am a passionate software developer; I love working on projects that face challenging problems that require a lot of creativity to solve. I always try to find new and better solutions. I was trained in C++ programming and worked on several projects that use JavaScript, C, C#, and Python. I've also worked with SQL and I've got some experience using jQuery and HTML5. I've worked with Google Firebase, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon S3 and MongoDB. I also possess a little experience with Android Studio and React Native. But by far the tool I've used the most is Unity. I’ve been using Unity for 6 years now, and I have dedicated the last 3.5 years of my life to an entrepreneurial project of my own, a mobile video game brand that's about to launch its first video game in association with Liquicity, DJVI, and Waterflame, which is why it is in this area where my skills are the most advanced. I am passionate about programming algorithm analysis and problem solving, game development, process optimization and database administration. My college degree also gave me knowledge of web application development and mobile application development. I hope to find a work team with which I can learn new things, where I can get work experience and learn a little more about this wonderful world of technology, I am open to learning how to work with new tools. I’d like to find a full-time job, however given that I could also use the extra time to finish the project mentioned above quicker, I would be open to considering working on a half time job as well.
