About Gerben Steunebrink

With over 10 years of experience in business administration and management, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver excellent and efficient technical service solutions to clients across various sectors. I have a master's degree in business administration from Universiteit Twente, and a leadership certificate from TSM Business School. I am currently the algemeen directeur of The Maintenance Company, a nationwide network of qualified technical professionals who specialize in service and maintenance, installation and assembly, and inspection and testing. As in my function now as 'Algemeen directeur', I am responsible for overseeing the general, commercial, financial, and marketing and communication domains of The Maintenance Company. I work with a talented and diverse team of managers, sales and account executives, and technical staff, and I ensure that we deliver high-quality and flexible service and maintenance work to our clients. I also develop and implement strategies to grow our business, expand our client base, and increase our market share. Some of my achievements include securing some large contracts with major clients, launching a new online platform to improve customer service and satisfaction, and establishing a strong brand identity and reputation in the technical service industry. I have strong skills in new business development, sales and marketing, and team management, and I enjoy collaborating with and empowering others to achieve our common goals.
