I also like to keep everything organized in a simple yet well constructed manner. When i see an issue, i dont just shrug it under the carpet because i care about the quality of my performance. I dont approve half done tasks and i dont cheat on my work ethic. On another note, I know how to maintain a good balance between being disciplined and easy-going in a team spirit environment.
