Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Cybersecurity at Northern Virginia Community College, I am passionate about advancing my technical skills and applying them to real-world cybersecurity challenges. While I currently work as a Behavior Technician at Positive Behavior Supports Corp, my ultimate career goal is to transition into a dynamic role within the cybersecurity field. I thrive on recreating and implementing cybersecurity projects to expand my knowledge and hone my technical expertise. Recently, I strengthened my Wi-Fi network’s firewall defenses and conducted vulnerability assessments to identify potential weaknesses. In another self-driven project, I implemented a cybercriminal voice recognition tool for educational purposes, simulating fake phone calls to collect information and analyzing inputs through secure platforms like Telegram. These projects reflect my curiosity and commitment to staying ahead in the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape. Additionally, my experience in customer service has sharpened my communication and problem-solving abilities, which I apply to managing tasks and collaborating effectively. My organizational skills and ability to adapt to diverse environments equip me to handle complex challenges, whether working independently on cybersecurity initiatives or contributing to team-based projects. Through a combination of academic learning, self-initiated projects, and professional experience, I am dedicated to building a career in cybersecurity where I can continue to innovate and make meaningful contributions to secure digital systems.
