Broad experience in all labour law matters, and more especially in restructurings of major international groups and financial institutions, including notably- Employment issues arising in connection with mergers and acquisitions (works council information and consultation requirements and other employee representative bodies, harmonization of employee benefits as a result of a transfer of undertakings.)- Planning and carrying out headcount reductions- Negotiation of collective agreements including working time and profit-sharing arrangements- Manager’s benefits packages and departures- Employee shares schemes including setting up and follow up of stock options plans on behalf of French and foreign companies- Implementation of policies, either arising out of sectors regulations such as Banking and Financial services regulations, or group policies (such as whistle blowing and codes of conduct)- International social security regulations and expatriation matters- Litigation before labour and civil courts on individual and collective matters- Outsourcing arrangements and loan of personnel- Day to day employment advice, offer letters, employment contracts, discipline, sickness and maternity leaves, working time, individual dismissals, negotiation of settlement agreements,
