With 12+ years of diverse experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Digital Product Development, Portfolio Management, in banking and fintech, I specialize in transforming ideas into impactful products and exceptional customer experiences for MSME and Small Business Customers.Currently, I lead the end-to-end journey for small business customers at Wells Fargo for U.S markets, with a strong focus on asset products, business loans, business line of credit, and credit cards. Over years, I have successfully launched multiple products and customer journeys, taking ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution. Previously, at IndusInd Bank and Jana Small Finance Bank, I managed unsecured lending products and portfolios for MSME segment and was instrumental in migrating manual processes to digital-first solutions by building LOS, LMS and CMS systems. I developed and managed products across a wide spectrum, including business loans, lines of credit, credit cards, consumer durables, personal loans, overdrafts, and loan against receivables. My responsibilities spanned P&L ownership, portfolio management, cross-sell strategies, marketing initiatives, and regulatory compliance, along with team training and stakeholder alignment.In addition, I bring entrepreneurial experience through a two-year venture in digital marketing and corporate skill development programs, which broadened my perspective on business strategy and customer engagement.I thrive at the intersection of strategy, customer experience, and technology—building solutions that drive both business growth and customer satisfaction.
