Driven by a passion for sustainable rural development, I bring 26+ years of experience improving the livelihoods of small-scale farmers. My expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from design and implementation to monitoring and evaluation, including managing large, multi-regional, and multi-national teams. I specialize in the coffee value chain and rural extension services, focusing on sustainable agroecological practices. I have a proven ability to implement sustainable agriculture standards (Rainforest Alliance, C.A.F.E, 4C, Fairtrade) and organic agriculture, resulting in tangible improvements for farming communities. My experience in organizational strengthening and management systems has empowered agricultural cooperatives and associations to thrive.
