I am passionate in leveraging People and Supply Chain as true competitive advantage for organisations. Boosting competitive advantage and successfully implemented best-in-class people, processes and digital optimization tools along with a lot of change management. Engaged since 20 years+ in international Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations Positions in Austria, P. R. of China and The Netherlands I know how demanding such jobs can be but a lot opportunities arise with nowadays available digital automation & simulation tools. Of course & first of all - for me purpose and vision in alignment with company culture is from utmost importance to release full potential of employees, guide stakeholders doing the right things & decisions and keep all of us concentrating on creating value. But we have to admit that from cooperation’s point of view nowadays end-to-end integration of value chains and customer centric collaboration within and between organisations is happening, many are already successful by developing (new) business models, outperforming competitors or protecting against new players - the game is on!
