I am honest, hard worker, fast learner, have a strong sense of technical skills, and good problem solving technique. I am obsessive-compulsive who will never quit any job. Experience: I have 15 years of working experience working in plastic molding and automotive control panels. My initiative shows in my track record on the job: from machine operator, I worked myself up to mold maintenance. I am now working as an plant supervisor. Work Philosophy: There is always a time when you must first realize what your goals are. You have to realize what sets of skills you have to use as a tool to get a job done or solve a problem. On every situation, there’s always something that will challenge you. My personal goal is to get more information and learn as much as possible to get me ready for a job. With a strong education and skills I have learned while in school, I will be ready with strong confidence for anything the employer asks of me. I take careful planning, so execution will be at its best output possible. I believe that hard work, strong sets of skills and carefully analyzing the problems make me a good employee. Accomplishments: I have helped my present employer set up our facility in Mundelein, IL. I helped the company set a standard manufacturing of the highest quality solder materials. I have set work instructions and guidelines that production and shipping clerks use. I helped get the company’s ISO certification by organizing all necessary documents; I was the only employee on my level with 110 percent raised salary in six-year period working in the company. I have various certifications in HAZMAT and ISO I have completed my associate degree in Computer Electronics at ITT Technical Institute in Mt. Prospect, IL. My education and hands on experience working in electronic field will be a great match to your qualifications.
