I’m an end-to-end builder who turns ambiguous, cross-org problems into simple, reliable systems. I make the safe path the easy path: designing for failure first, instrumenting early, and automating guardrails so the right thing happens by default, even under load and ambiguity. I sweat details without losing the plot and anchor technical choices in what the business is trying to achieve. I’m comfortable zooming from the big picture (strategy, trade-offs, stakeholders) to the small picture (edge cases, runbooks, tests) and back again. How I work - Start from outcomes: define success, failure modes, and invariants- Prefer simple tech: reduce complexity, design for rollback and recovery- Measure early: instrument first, ship thin slices, iterate with data- De-risk collaboratively: align stakeholders early and write decisions/trade-offs down- Level up the org: mentoring, processes, and tooling that removes toil. What motivates me Clearer systems, happier users, calmer on-call, and seeing real business impact from great engineering.
