An in-depth knowledge of the Moodle learning management system combined with my user experience training, strong communication skills and teaching background enable me to provide excellent support for improving student learning. • Effective as a communicator both in person and in writing with solid experience in planning, writing, editing, updating and improving documentation. If I don’t know something, I ask, and I push through until a solution is found or the project is delivered. • Diligent in completing my technical writing tasks according to established usability standards, style guides, and timeframes with minimal supervision. • Caring in my work relationships.
